Here we go.  Guys, the Chicken Ranch was real.  This whole thing is based on a true story.  Zack buys the books, reads the newspapers from the time, and finds local news coverage from the time.  The true story is almost crazier than the musical.  All the wondering we did about why Dom Delouise didn't get his comeuppance is finally answered.  He is based on a real person who became a local legend after this story.
